Good value regarding the location - great for sightseeing the old town Intramuros and Rizal park. Free wifi even in the rooms.
No breakfast in the price, the room was a bit grimy but OK if you stay only for 1 or 2 days and use the room only for sleeping.

A very old building in a lovely ancient complex and just by an historic church in a very interesting area. The courtyard dining/eating is great.

The hotel with a nice size and brand-new rooms, in a very nice area, right in front is the San Agustin church. Very amiable staff always on hand. Exceptionally nice and perfect location, steps away from a freshly renovated museum, loved this place. Fine stay, as always.

Location. In the heart of the old town.
It's not very clean in the room. The noise from the street was keeping me awake.

The place is very old, decrepit. Drain in the shower was blocked. They try to downgrade me and give a room next to the function room where there was a wedding diner. They did not provide a kettle. Quite a few homeless families squatting around the hotel. To conclude the hotel is like Intramuros : shabby.

Stayed at white knight to enjoy visit intramuros and to play golf but didn't have time. The location was near a famous church but that was closed. Location was in a desolated web of run down neighbourhood which you need to be careful walking around late at night. Decent cafe and good helpful staff. There was an in-house Sedgeway tour but didn't try. Could have been fun.
The windows were made of thin wooden planks and were not glass. In the morning I was woken up at around 5-6am by many Motobikes many are old and with poor silencers. I asked to move to another room which the staff helpfully assisted. But had to upgrade and pay more. Then the next morning renovation workers started banging away very early at 6- 7am which woke me up again. Credit to the staff Shp got the worker to stop. Overall hotel really needs at upgrade and surroundings rather depressed and have to walk 10 mins to the entrance of intramuros near city hall where theres more modern hotel and a macdonalds. This area is much better as its on the traffic routes to get transport & taxis to get around.

Everything! This was the first place we stayed at while in Manila and I cannot say anything bad about the place. The staff were friendly and courteous, also very accomodating. One morning we wanted Filipino bread for breakfast and one of the staff went out to get us some. The grounds were kept clean also.
